I support couples and poly partners with a wide range of concerns, in all phases of life.
My priority is to support people in their communication, enhance or repair connection, grow intimacy, and resolve conflict.
I support negotiation and understanding for a variety of concerns, from parenting to new neurodivergent diagnosis. I have also worked with partners as they uncouple marriage in divorce, and co-parenting post divorce.
I have worked with partners in support of conscious non-monogamy, sexual negotiation, and sensual realignment.
My bias is to work with partners as a collective of autonomous individuals toward an affirming co-created relationship in which each individual is thriving within themselves and is also engaged in dynamic connection with their chosen partner.
Relationships are an opportunity for humans to find loving connection and also know themselves better by engaging in naming emotions, identifying needs, and negotiating life’s processes with other people. It can be the greatest challenge we face, and our greatest comfort.
My approach when working with partners is about kindness, curiosity, taking turns, and naming feelings. There are modalities behind the strategies, but ultimately I use a humanistic approach where we are co-creating a dialogue that can be taken home and invites a satisfying life. The goal is both for everyone to be heard, and ultimately for everyone to feel safe and have the opportunity to thrive.
