Neurodivergent labels include a spectrum of experiences from various varieties of autism, ADHD, and bi-polar, OCD, or some variations of personality disorder. The reality is that the science around neurodivergence is very new. Large numbers of people who have been struggling with sensory overwhelm, years of masking, and various symptoms connected with anxiety, are currently coming to realizations that they have been neurodivergent all along. I work with neurodivergent humans both in support of easing their symptoms, but also as a safe space where there is understanding of their uniqueness while they work on other aspects of their story. Neurodivergent people, need neurodivergent safe spaces, even when what they are exploring is trauma, gender, sexuality, parenting, or relationships.
I provide regular weekly therapy for individuals and couples living with neurodivergent experience. I also offer a variety of services around neurodivergence, including trainings for therapists, clinics, psychology classes, and individuals who are working with trusted therapists on other topics but want more information about their neurodivergence.
